OUR TEAM
Our English Ministry is part of a larger Korean Baptist Church. We have seven Pastors on staff and eight directors of ministries, as well as lay leadership volunteers in the entire Church. Our English ministry has one overseeing pastor as well as five active deacons. When you visit SCBC English Ministry, please make sure you say hello and introduce yourself to the members of our team.

Pastor Bae
Pastor Bae is the head Korean Pastor of Songtan Central Baptist Church. He has been serving in this role for over 40 years.
Pastor Steve

Pastor Steve Houser has served at Songtan Central Baptist Church since 2010. He is currently serving as the English Pastor and Lead Elder at SCBC English Ministry. He is also the founder and contributor of Bring it Home Family Discipleship. He has been married to his wife, Sarah, since 2008 and they have four children and one on the way.
