We are a Southern Baptist Church that is seeking to be characterized by expositional preaching, biblical theology, a right understanding of the gospel, conversion, evangelism, membership, discipline, discipleship, and leadership. We believe these 9 marks are a necessity for biblical churches today.
The SCBC English Ministry is a part of Songtan Central Baptist Church—a Korean Baptist church united under one mission and one Lord. While we are unified with the Korean congregation, we are also a distinct English-speaking community, with our own church constitution and bylaws, gathering to worship, grow, and serve together in Christ.
