Winter Kimchi for the less fortunate

On Dec. 2-4, the Korean side of the church will be making Kimchi for the less fortunate.  Please plan on helping in this ministry of our church.

Great Awakening Meeting

On Nov. 25th, the Korean side of our church will be hosting a “Great Awakening Meeting.”  All members are encouraged to bring a friend to church that day & we need volunteers to help cook the pork (15 pigs) for this outreach.  For more info, contact Pastor Chapman or Marvin Jock.

Youth Retreat

Substance abuse outreach and ministry

A new outreach and ministry for people with substance abuse problems is beginning at SCBC.  It is called Barnabas Support Group and will begin meeting on November 29th in the church.  If you know someone who may benefit from attending this support group, please contact Thomas Stewart at 010-7765-2860.

Thanksgiving Dinner

A Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at the church on November 22nd.  The dinner will be held in the Korean Fellowship Hall at 3 p.m.  Please bring a dish of food if you’re planning on attending.
